Daniel Meere, Axis Corporate's new Managing Director in UK

AXIS CORPORATE, MANAGING DIRECTOR, DANIEL MEERE

Axis Corporate, the multinational business consultancy, has appointed Daniel Meere, Managing Director of the company in UK. Meere will lead from now the business development branch and execution in the country, setting the strategy in UK and contributing to global strategic growth themes.
Daniel Meere was born in London,  and holds a BA (Hons) Modern Languages and International Business from London South Bank University. With more than 20 years’ experience conceiving, Meere has spent most of his career in consulting, launching and managing high-value consulting and analytics offerings in the Financial Services sector.

Before Axis Corporate, he worked at CSC as a Managing Partner, leading the Banking & Capital Markets sector consulting team for the region. He also worked at PA Consulting Group as a Partner, in the Financial Services practice in the UK, at PIPC UK & Europe as Head of Financial Services practice, at Barclays Bank and other enterprises as a consultant.

Daniel has significant expertise in the pragmatic application of proven improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to deliver sustainable business benefit. He has led several enterprise-wide initiatives to drive major cost reduction, revenue growth and service improvement benefits, focusing on delivering new and innovative operating models

With this appointment, Axis Corporate goes on with its consolidation process in UK, where it has operated from 2010 and has favorable growth forecasts, not only in the financial sector but also in others such as tourism, utilities and telecommunications. In 2014, international offices accounted for 30% of global revenues of the group, with an outstanding development in London headquarters.
