Fuencisla Clemares has a degree in business and MBA from IESE in 2000. She began her professional career at McKinsey & Company, for 7 years, where she specializes in Marketing and advising distribution companies.
In 2007 she joined Carrefour as Director of Purchases leading the business strategy and supply chain management.
Two years later, in 2009, she joined the online world as retail and consumer goods director for Google España. Since then she has been working to enhance the digitalization of the retail, travel, consumer, automotive and consumer electronics sectors.
After leading the areas of banking, insurance and telecommunications, as well as the initiative to incorporate mobile into business growth for all industries, is named, in November 2016, General manager of Google for Spain and Portugal.
In addition to her work to help companies in their digital growth and to be more competitive in the online world, Fuencisla works effortlessly to highlight the fundamental role of women, empowerment, in the technological world. Fuencisla participates in forums and projects aimed at putting in value the role of women and leadership, as well as the importance of education.
She also combines his work with the management of Google with training activities, collaborating in the IESE Master program and as a teacher at ISDI (Higher Institute for Internet Development).
