Which factors led to hiring the services of Axis Corporate?

We specifically chose to work with Axis Corporate as they quickly identified and understood the needs of the Bank:

  • By creating networking: the managers involved were known profiles, who built recommendations and felt that the proposed methodology would enable the extended learning.
  • By progressively achieving gender balance at all levels of the company.

We liked the project approach; a working dynamic which fit within the group and the company.

How do you perceive this collaboration experience with Axis Corporate?

The experience of working with Axis Corporate has been positive as there was a good coordination, communication and implementation of the proposed action plan. Moreover, we noticed a high flexibility within the whole team, to adapt to changing times, and to adjust the program to the peculiarities of each group,. The work of Axis Corporate was very aligned with the goals set by the company.

How do you value the established relationships with the different levels of management involved in the project?

The dialogue between the different management levels and the team was very good in the sense that everyone was very adaptable.  Additionally, Axis Corporate took the role of co-leadership for the implementation of the whole project, proposing improvements to every situation, in order to achieve the goals set by our Management Development Department.

What has been the effect on the development of this program?

The effect of the training and professional coaching was different in each case, depending on their position in the organization. However, overall, it has enabled the definition of a personal development plan adapted to the every management function.

Overall Axis Corporate has managed to understand and respect the culture of our company, enabling the project team to fit in very well and to provide greater knowledge and foster networking among the participants.

Can the international structure of Axis Corporate add value to this program?

It is very likely that the experience can be replicated in the other countries where we are present. We can centralize this from Spain and present the program in such a way to facilitate the unification of performance criteria in different actions.

To conclude, we believe the Bank is an example within the financial sector, in relation to the fight for equal opportunities for women in management: “we have been developing initiatives in this field and we know that these have inspired other companies.”
