Describe your position at Axis Corporate

My responsibilities within Axis Corporate are creating lasting relationships with clients, to lead projects for the creation of value, innovation, and transformation of companies in the financial sector in Catalonia. Likewise, to be able to respond to these responsibilities, it is key to bet on the development of people and promote a collaborative culture among teams, with the aim of always giving the maximum value to customers and being excellent in delivery.

What do you value most about the position?

What I value the most about my position is being in permanent contact with clients, understanding and advising them on their needs and those of the sector. I am satisfied to see how the value propositions we make to clients are implemented and operationalized and to see their impact on companies. I am also very proud to be able to contribute to the recruitment and development of Axis Corporate professionals.

From my point of view, the key ingredients to have a good performance in this profession are related to the ability to be outside of the comfort zone to advance and improve day by day, keeping in touch with clients and the project team regularly, to stand up for continuous training and the search for excellence at work.

What advice would you give someone considering a career in consulting?

Keep calm, no matter how difficult the situation gets: being persistent, honest, humble, openminded and professional, it always allows you to achieve your goals.
