Describe your position in Axis Corporate

Director of Business Transformation in the UK for Axis Corporate. We help our clients to improve their business by creating value. We help with small targeted projects but also with large full design of the target operating model of our client’s businesses.

What do you value most about the position?

The variety of business challenges we help our clients with, we are a very different consultancy but also our clients are very diverse and dynamic. The exposure to different businesses and different business challenges is the best of my role.

How did you get into this field of work?

From a banking industry background I worked in several in-house projects before I started working in the management consultancy world. I love being part of a flexible and dynamic environment where you can develop skills and your own career.

What advice would you give a client to face the current challenges?

To complete a blue sky thinking business plan and a realistic implementation plan based on priorities and resources available. It pays off to plan before real transformation can commence.
