Describe your position at Axis Corporate

I am the head of the financial services sector in Madrid and I collaborate with other partners, directors, and managers, promoting the relationship with leaders at different levels of the companies, adding value in each project and constantly innovating on new approaches that are necessary to our customers.

What do you value most about the position?

What I value most about my responsibility is the permanent need to be in contact with clients proposing new approaches and advising them on new and permanent profitability challenges, improving their value proposition to their clients and defining the operating models that they should support their growth. I highly value the possibility of observing the talent and growth of Axis Corporate professionals.

What does it mean to be a partner at Axis Corporate?

Being a partner, besides the great responsibility towards clients and our team, means constantly demonstrating promoting relational and commercial activity, promoting creativity and quality in projects, and achieving, through motivation and challenge, the growth of people so that they can give what better themselves.

What are the key ingredients to being good at what you do?

We have a great workload, we work with a lot of stress, but we all agree that all these things are compensated when you have the recognition of the clients for the work done and can see the return and positive impact on the proposed and implemented changes. It also fills the constant learning and the enthusiasm to demonstrate on the part of each member of the team.
