Ted brings over 30 years’ experience launching innovative services that capture the generation of ‘digital’ customers who are increasingly empowered with always-on technology. He works with a wide range of financial services companies, and intersperses his extensive experience in the overlapping sectors of telecom and media along with M&A transactions in those sectors. Methodologies Ted deploys extend from designing strategies, business cases and technology roadmaps towards restructuring and accelerating operations. Often his work brings opportunities for clients to develop their digital ecosystem, and identify and invest in new business and technology approaches.
He plays a leading role in the industry assembling less-common partnerships in the diverse areas of data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI), bot-to-bot customer interactions, payment technologies and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The constraints of cybersecurity, national and global regulators, and the evolving incentives for consumers to share their personal data figure into the equation and Ted helps clients exploit these as a competitive advantage.
