- Describe your position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture
I currently hold the position of senior manager at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture. My main role is to carry out transformation and optimisation projects. I help companies improve both their business model and their operational model with the objectives of increasing efficiency, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. At Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, I have focused my career on the Financial and Real Estate sectors.
- What do you value most about your position?
What I value most about my position is the close dialogue and relationships with clients, making them trust us enough to leave part of their companies in our hands to help them transform and improve. I would also highlight the teamwork within Axis Corporate, part of Accenture: being able to work with several teams of consultants, all with different ideas and ways of working, is very enriching and allows you to be in a continuous state of learning.
- Why did you join the company?
I have spent my entire working life in strategy and operations consulting. However, Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, gave me the opportunity to be able to carry out projects in which the transformation of a company is not only based on making a TO BE design a reality, but we also work side by side with our clients to implement these ideas, thereby obtaining tangible results within the companies.
- Why is diversity important in a team?
In consulting, one of the key factors in project development is teamwork. Diversity involves different points of view emerging during the definition and development stages. In these moments of reflection and discussion, we get the best ideas for solving the problems we face.
- What advice would you give to someone considering a career in consulting?
Consulting is an amazing work environment, where every day is different and where you are constantly learning. If you are someone who likes a challenge and is not afraid of being out of your comfort zone, consulting is made for you.
