My current position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, is as a senior manager. Since I joined the firm in April 2015, my activity has been focused on process re-engineering, operational efficiency, and transformation projects for banking and real estate asset management clients.
- What do you value most about your position?
What I value most about my job at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, as a senior manager is the degree of dialogue that is achieved with the client while managing a project. On many occasions, this dialogue allows you to consolidate such a powerful collaborative relationship that you take on the project as your own. In addition, issues such as people management, supervision of methodological applications, and setting objectives and deliverables for a whole project give you the right context to develop both personally and professionally.
- What does it mean to be a senior manager at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture?
Being a senior manager at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, means taking responsibility for the project by applying the appropriate methodology depending on the work to be carried out, having a certain flexibility to adapt to the client in the event of unforeseen changes, and being able to detect problems and help resolve them by using both technical and management tools.
- What are your work methodologies?
While executing a project, one of the methodologies that I apply in my job is the implementation of daily checkpoints with the assigned team as well as with Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, and the client’s own managers. These checkpoints not only help keep the team members on the same page, but also provide consistency in the short- and medium-term planning, in this way improving flexibility and response times to unforeseen changes.
- What phrase do you like to start your day with?
I like to use a very simple phrase that expresses attitude and enthusiasm: “Let’s go take on the day.”
