Describe your position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture

I am currently a Managing Director at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture within the Asset Management services related to NPAs and real estate management. In addition to starting business and managing the commercial development of certain accounts, I continue to go into detail in each of the projects I manage with the aim of maintaining quality and providing the best possible value to our clients.

What do you value most about your position?

My position requires that I be constantly exposed to the market, which allows me to have a broad knowledge of the industry, its main players, and the most innovative ways to approach our projects. I can also participate directly in internal company decisions related to business development, organisation, and culture at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture.

Why did you join the company?

I started my professional career as an architect for an engineering company. After a first few years of frenetic activity, the 2008 crisis posed a lot of challenges to the sector, so I completely transformed my career: I did a full-time MBA and, after finishing it, I started my career in the company as a consultant on projects for real estate servicing clients.

What are the key ingredients to being good at what you do?

Correctly identifying the client’s needs, proposing concrete solutions, taking on the projects as our own, accompanying the client until our methods are implemented, and dedicating the necessary time to the team’s management and development.

What are your work methodologies?

Regardless of the sector or speciality, any consulting project should focus on achieving at least one of these three objectives: increasing revenue, reducing costs, or managing risks.
