Describe your position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture

My responsibility focuses on defining and executing the USA’s business strategy through management and technology projects specialising in digital transformation and banking regulation by building international teams for financial services clients.

What do you value most about your position?

I work for a company that has a clear business vision that recognises the effort and work of everyone involved in the process. Besides my appreciation for this, I also like being able to learn how my work impacts our clients, discuss strategic issues that affect the business, and share success stories with other colleagues and clients.

What does it mean to be a manager at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture?

It means being part of a company with a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous development where employees feel listened to and where the top management team takes actions based on feedback from the whole team.

What advice would you give to a client in order to face new market challenges?

Often, what the client needs is help in defining the real problem. Therefore, the first job as a consultant should be to explore the specific context behind each client. Furthermore, before learning how to grow a business, the client must eliminate uncertainty about the future of the business by analysing market and customer trends.

Why is diversity important in a team?

Working with people from different backgrounds, experiences, and work styles increases innovation and the exchange of ideas. Diversity helps the success of every team, as it is essential to draw on the strengths of each individual.
