Describe your position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture

I am a senior manager focused on banking with knowledge in real estate and utilities, specialising in business transformation both from the pure aspect of efficiency and in operationalisation and implementation. Currently, together with the rest of the team, I advance projects involving situation analysis, the definition of transformation plans, implementation and change management, and I work in project management offices, among other initiatives.

What do you value most about your position?

The continuous challenge of combining coordinated teams with highly demanding environments while working on new business opportunities. Additionally, managing people, both involving Axis Corporate, part of Accenture’s and the client’s own teams.

What are the key ingredients to being good at what you do?

Humility, not forgetting one’s origins, a willingness to make sacrifices, flexibility, and collective thinking.

How do you manage uncertainty?

Uncertainty is one of the most complicated situations to manage in this profession. Considering that there is not a day without a moment of uncertainty, it is necessary to manage it by doing the job very well and having enormous confidence in the performance of all people involved. My secret formula for overcoming periods of uncertainty is to put my soul into my work and to make the most of the exceptional talent surrounding me. Because when things are done right, they always end up being successful.

What phrase do you like to start your day with?

Clear eyes and full hearts, can’t lose.
