Describe your position at Axis Corporate, part of Accenture

At Axis Corporate, part of Accenture, my main role is to develop projects linked to our clients’ people and organisation are, to support change management and cultural transformation processes, and to improve the internal communication model.

What do you value most about your position?

I am passionate about driving transformation projects that create more sustainable work environments, improve the employee experience, and help people focus on achieving better results.

I love being in a role that requires in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of various HR disciplines, from the most strategic to the most operational aspects, and being able to stay in touch with the reality of various sectors.

I feel especially satisfied with my work when I see that I connect with the purpose of the activity of the organisations I work with and with the people I interact with, and I see the reflection of my contribution in the changes they experience.

What are the key ingredients to being good at what you do?

My work involves constantly learning, being humble so as not to take for granted that the same formula that has worked in other projects will work in a new context, and, above all, always being an active listener when it comes to the people with whom I carry out projects, the ones who really have the ingredients to achieve the change they need.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in consulting?

For anyone thinking about becoming a consultant, as with any other career, I would suggest taking a good look at what is involved in the profession (learning, responsibilities, pace of life, potential for balance with the personal side, etc.). I would say make sure that you are going to enjoy your work on a daily basis and that it is in line with the way you want to contribute to the world.

What phrase do you like to start your day with?

LiVe with a strong V. That is, Value life a la Carpe Diem, seize the moment, and be Valiant in the face of any adversity.
